针灸催产 Induce Labour with Acupuncture

最近催眠（自然）分娩 Gentle Birth Malaysia 的分娩教育家 Jaye Chan，
向我提问关于针灸催生，针灸止痛催产，针灸纠正胎位异常等，
让我恍然这是帮妈妈们减轻疼痛，减少催产剂和止痛针对母体和婴儿副作用的方法。

四十年来（至1994年）的研究显示，
针灸催产和引产，临床上成功率达到70-80%（论述简介）,
更有其中15例针灸催产研究结果（福建中医药，黄建章），
针灸后3分钟-8小时内顺利完成分娩,
由此可见，针灸催生的效果并不差于催产剂。
From a forty years research compilation,
the efficiency of acupuncture therapy on inducing labour is 70-80%,
and in one of the research results,
childbirth is completed within 3 min to 8 hours after acupuncture therapy.
Thus, acupuncture therapy in inducing labour have the similar effect to that of getting an oxytocic or an uterine contraction inducing agent.

在羊水破，或开始有阵阵宫缩时，开始施针，效果比较明显。
如果针灸时，在第二产程（宫口开，到胎儿娩出），
针灸效果更为显著。
最为重要的不是下针的时间，
而是，
产妇对针灸止痛和催生效果的信心。

针灸催产的益处 Benefits of Inducing Labour with Acupuncture：
1. 对母体和胎儿没有副作用 (No side effects on mother and fetus)
2. 缩短产程 (Decrease delivery time frame)
3. 加强子宫阵缩 (Increase rhythmic uterine contraction)
4. 镇静止痛 (Relieve pain)
5. 减少产后血量 (Decrease post-partum complications)

如果医院/医生允许产妇用针灸，
或产妇决定在家自然分娩，
那，可以请个专业的中医师帮忙针灸催产，减轻分娩疼痛。
如果不能做针灸，按摩，或在穴位贴压王不留行籽，也有效。

如果在第三孕期发现胎位异常(fetal in breached position)，
可以用中医灸法(moxibustion method)把胎位转下去，帮助正常分娩。
方法：
在妊娠7-8个月，用点燃的艾条在至阴穴温灸。
每次温灸20分钟，一般3-5次（一周一次）就能把胎位转正。
治疗过程中，孕妇保持体位，闭目合意感觉腹内胎儿转动。
